Packaging boxes are primarily for convenient transportation, loading, unloading, and storage. They are generally made of wooden crates and corrugated solid wood pallets, and sometimes tin drums or galvanized iron drums. The standard used is GB/T 7284-1998, the national standard for framed wooden crates. Based on the characteristics of the transported or loaded goods, national standards are adopted for protection. This standard was superseded on May 15, 2016, and replaced by GB/T 7284-2016.
Honeycomb cardboard boxes are made by stamping, cutting, and gluing honeycomb cardboard. Paper corner protectors are glued to the cardboard joints for reinforcement. They can be designed in various configurations, such as integral, modular (detachable), and integrated base tray types, to better facilitate handling and loading/unloading.
