Material Classification

1. Wooden Packaging Boxes: Packaging containers made of wood or bamboo.

2. Fumigation-Free Packaging Boxes: Packaging containers made of composite materials.

3. High-Strength Safety Boxes: Packaging containers made of patented engineering plastics using special processes.

4. Corrugated Cardboard Packaging Boxes: Corrugated cardboard boxes made through die-cutting, creasing, stapling, or gluing. Corrugated cardboard boxes are one of the most widely used packaging products.

Shape Classification

Aluminum Alloy Packaging Boxes: Aluminum alloy packaging boxes mainly refer to boxes with aluminum alloy as the frame, ABS, MDF (medium-density fiberboard), plywood (multi-layer board), etc., as the panels, and T-joints, door trims, handles, locks, etc. as accessories. Due to their reasonable design structure, meticulous professional workmanship, strong load-bearing capacity, durability, and aesthetic appeal, they are widely used in the packaging industry, primarily abroad. With the rise of various industries in China, especially due to ISO industry requirements and the pursuit of product packaging and transportation integrity, the application of aluminum alloy boxes is also increasing. The main body of the chassis is made of high-quality aluminum alloy profiles, featuring a robust structure, beautiful appearance, and excellent heat dissipation. It is widely used in industries such as beauty salons, tool sets, jewelry and watches, stage performances, instruments, meters, electronics, communications, automation, sensors, smart cards, industrial control, and precision machinery, making it an ideal enclosure for high-end instruments and meters.

Skirt Box: A wooden box with a skid-structured chassis, and sides and ends made of box panels and battens.

Enclosed Box: An enclosed wooden box with the exterior made of nailed or nailed wooden boards.

Three main categories: wooden boxes, plastic boxes, and cardboard boxes. Driven by the current trend of green environmental protection, paper packaging boxes have become the preferred choice for many companies due to their unique eco-friendly characteristics. Wooden packaging boxes can be categorized based on their materials: plywood boxes, bakelite boxes, and wooden board boxes. Based on the relative positions of the box's frame and panels, they can be divided into internal frame boxes and external frame boxes. Based on the degree of closure, wooden boxes can be classified as closed boxes and open-frame boxes. Based on the weight and size of their contents, wooden packaging boxes can be categorized as small boxes, medium boxes, and large boxes.

Plastic boxes: With the rapid development of plastics technology, the inherent excellent properties of plastics, such as corrosion resistance, moisture resistance, water resistance, heat insulation, antistatic properties, shock resistance, pressure resistance, and impact resistance, have limited the use of traditional wooden and paper packaging in specific industries and fields. The proportion of plastics in the packaging sector is increasing rapidly year by year, rising at a rate of 30% annually. Especially with new regulations on environmentally friendly packaging in many foreign countries, advanced instrument and meter manufacturers worldwide are beginning to use engineering plastic packaging as their preferred product packaging. This is evident in the large number of imported advanced equipment and instruments; engineering plastic packaging boxes have become the mainstream packaging for precision equipment.

Ordinary plastic boxes are mostly made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which has moderate impact resistance and weather resistance and is non-degradable.

ABS plastic boxes: Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, with a low heat distortion temperature, is flammable, and has poor weather resistance. ABS resin is recycled, purified, and then processed into plastics through injection molding, extrusion, vacuum molding, blow molding, and roll forming. It can also be further processed using mechanical methods, bonding, coating, and vacuum vapor deposition. Due to its excellent comprehensive performance and wide range of applications, it is mainly used as an engineering material, but can also be used in household appliances.

Patented engineering plastic strong plastic safety boxes: The main components vary depending on the product process level and quality requirements of each manufacturer, mainly in the content of synthetic resin and the ratio of fillers. This results in significant differences in product quality. Currently, few domestic plastic box manufacturers can reach international standards. The Defender safety equipment box series products produced by Shanghai Jirong Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. have undergone rigorous testing, meeting EU and Western country testing standards. Their quality and process level are comparable to imported products of the same type, and some are even at a leading level, and they have obtained multiple patents.
